The MadArt installation space makes the artistic process visible over the course of a proposed exhbition. Viewers can enter the gallery to observe the artist at work and volunteers can assist in the making of the work.
Soil Art Gallery
Soil is a cooperative gallery run by 25 active artist members. It will occassionally put out calls for show proposals and membership if you are a local artist.
BONFIRE is an art integration practice, a community gathering space and gallery, and a design practice. BONFIRE integrates art, culture and design through services, exhibits, advocacy and community events. Located in Seattle’s historic Panama Hotel, BONFIRE is a place where people gather to connect with art and design.
What began in 1988 as a three-month guerilla exhibit in an abandoned bus terminal is now a non-profit gallery still running by artists, for artists, of any background and stage in their careers.
